Composer and Pianist

Born in Tokyo in 1970, they started playing the piano at the age of four. They graduated from the Composition Department of the Music Faculty at Toho Gakuen School of Music.

They studied composition under Satoshi Minami, Toshirō Nakagawa, and Akira Miyoshi, and piano under Yasuko Mori.

In 2014, due to a ghostwriting scandal, they voluntarily resigned from their teaching position at Toho Gakuen School of Music. However, with various support, they continued their musical activities to this day.

They have released works such as "Piano Concerto SHINSEI" and "Symphony Litany".

They also handle compositions across various genres, including works for concerts, ballet, films, and games. They participated as a keyboardist in the band "Genie High," produced by Enon Kawatani.

 

In 2018, they returned to their teaching position at Toho Gakuen School of Music.

In 2019, they were appointed as a specially appointed professor at Toyama Toho Gakuen Graduate University.

 

In 2020, they were appointed as a visiting professor at Osaka Music University, assuming heavy responsibilities in the field of education.

 

They are a member of the Japan Society for Contemporary Music and the Japan Federation of Performers.
